Here is a collection of recent drawings, all made for the Da Voar Draw activities!

This series of daily activities on Instagram and Facebook @a.labourne came to an end last Friday. Over two weeks, we tried lots of approaches using different materials, gathering inspiration from signs of spring to take a fresh look at nature through drawing.

Thank you very much to everyone who took part! It was really a joy to see how participants responded to the prompts in such varied ways, and lots of fun to draw along with you all.

Thank you also to Look Again Aberdeen for supporting Da Voar Draw. I very much hope to move forward from this beginning initiative, developing further ways to make connections through drawing in the Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Orkney and Shetland area.
