Two lines of people face each other, walk slowly towards and past each other in silence over the course of an hour.
People travel past almost imperceptibly. At first very aware of the movements of people around you, trying to keep in step. Moving forward becomes unconscious after a while. Almost claustrophobic - world and experiences and thoughts concentrated when in the line, aware of the appearances of people as they approach, wondering about their thoughts. They seem to quickly move on after a while, before you are aware of it. A line of people against a vast open landscape. Vulnerability against the elements - cold wind and rain, a sudden downpour. Standing on the sand, water running through it, shifting underneath your feet.
